The following remedies can be used for natural symptomatic relief of aches and pains, sneezing, sore throat, congestion, cough and nasal discharge as a result of the common cold, cough and for symptoms of influenza.

R1 Pain relief, fever reducing formula

R1 can be used for minor aches and pains associated with a cold. Localized inflammation where the affected area is usually red, painful and swollen. Local congestion, fever, and sore throat. One should consider R1 when any "itis" condition is present (i.e. tonsillitis, otitis, arthritis, conjunctivitis. Swelling of the glands).

R6 Colds and flu formula

Can be used either in prevention, when you have been in contact with or on the onset of symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, coughing, minor sore throat pain and/or fever.

R8 Cough suppressant / R9 Cough formula

R8 is an effective cough expectorant. It is especially effective for acute or chronic ailments and it also contains various essential oils, which act specifically on the respiratory tract as expectorant, antiseptic and sedative.

Both R8 and R9 can be used in acute or chronic cases of bronchitis, whooping cough, bronchial asthma, spasmodic cough, and fits of coughing. R8 or R9 may be used alone, or in alternation with each other.
